Occupational testing is available as an addition to the regular selection process. We use some of the most reliable and reputable test providers in the country, and have staff trained in administration, interpretation and feedback. Advantages :

  • Aptitudes and abilities that are relevant to the job, but not easy to assess through the interview process can be measured.
  • Key personality traits can be measured, by an individual completing a detailed questionnaire that measures key aspects of their personality based on self-perception.
  • Having a more detailed personality profile can allow the interview panel to direct their interview questions more carefully.
